ArchiFM handles all company data that is essential for a given aspect of facility management. Lease contracts, for example, as documented in ArchiFM, will contain which premises are being rented in which building, including their rental fees and unit prices. Regular or extra services, including maintenance services relating to the lease contracts can be allocated to them based on contractual agreements registered in the system.

As any other ArchiFM module, our company register can be synchronized to the client’s existing ERP system, too. An interface between the financial systems, for example, will ensure automatic data transfer back and forth, thus facilitating the everyday operation.
