Graphisoft Park is an industrial park located directly on the Banks of the Danube, encompassing nearly 18 hectares of green space and the buildings located on it. As a result of the real estate development since 1998, the complex houses 20 office buildings of different sizes, most of which are offices and laboratories of information technology and biotech companies, and ArchiFM’ s office is here.

We are pleased to announce that Graphisoft Park has chosen ArchiFM to modernize and extend the functionality of their existing real estate help desk system. During the project, we will introduce the new ArchiFM system of Tungsram Innovative Solutions and, among other things, establish the foundations for BIM-based real estate management for The Park. We have also undertaken the installation of a system to ArchiFM, to monitor park’s high-value mechanical equipment.

Graphisoft Park’s chose ArchiFM, because Tungsram’ s system makes it easy to integrate BIM-based real estate management with facility management processes, and long-term partnership is really important to both parties.
